1. Photo must be no smaller than an 6 x 8 or no larger than an 8 ½ x 11.
2. There is no entry fee.
3. The name, address and phone number of the owner of the photo must be on the back of the photo and not visible from the front.
4. Print must show date and time stamp to be eligible.
5. Print must be submitted to the Living Wild Outdoors Festival officials no later than 1.00 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 22nd.
6. Print must remain on public exhibition until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 22nd. Any prints remaining after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 22nd that do not have self-addressed, stamped envelope provided become the property of the LWO and may be used on the LWO website.
7. The winner will be determined by popular vote of the LWOF attendees. Voting will end at 3:00 p.m., Sunday Aug. 22nd, and the winner will be announced upon final tally. Need not be present to win. LWO officials will contact the winner within three days.
8. The winner agrees that the LWO will retain their photo to be scanned for use on the LWO website. Said photo wiill be returned to the owner at the expense even if a return envelope is not provided.
9. All decisions of the LWO officials are final.
